Chris is amazing at his job and has helped me in any way possible if I had any issues with my apartment or payments, the maintenance is super nice and has anything I needed handled as well. My neighbors, the ones I know are all super sweet.

Very clean, police presence is great, convenient to shopping, church, banking, most importantly the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Maintenance staff are quick to respond and clean. Staff and amenities are great.

Great location, friendly staff member, reasonable prices . Great decor and granite too. Amenities were nice and accessible, even handicap. Like the fact it is gated. Lotsa parking. Pretty landscaping and safe sidewalks.

It's mostly quiet and a small community. Easily walkable to everything. There are bike racks and the road and sidewalks out front are being revamped. It's a very quiet and quaint little place to live.
